Top issues during term (7)
mayor resignation
There’s no dollar figure attached yet, but the city could absorb transition costs—or special election or appointment expenses—depending on how Hudson fills the mayor’s seat.
ice fishing regulation
Probably negligible for most residents—maybe a few bucks for bait and tackle, with little to no new city spending.
mayoral appointment
No immediate financial impact is specified; any costs would depend on mayoral compensation and the policy decisions Anzevino makes.
mayor remarks on ice fishing shanties
Probably no big hit to your wallet—just city staff time if this turns into a real rules fight.
city manager appointment
The appointment itself doesn’t change taxes or fees, but the city manager’s salary and budget decisions will shape how Hudson spends public money.
city manager lawsuit settlement
The $80,000 settlement comes out of city funds, so Hudson taxpayers ultimately foot the bill.
council resignation
No direct budget hit is spelled out, but a leadership shake-up could shift spending priorities when the new council sets its agenda.
